Leadership, Communication, and Team Development for Organizations
Make the patterns shaping performance visible
I work with executives, founders, leadership teams, customer-facing teams, and performance environments to identify hidden friction, sharpen communication, and turn useful insight into behavior that holds up when the stakes are real.
An organization may ask for a workshop on communication. A leader may want a stronger presentation. A team may say it needs better collaboration.
The stated need matters. So does what happens beneath it: the tone that reduces trust, the disagreement no one names, the role people have quietly assigned one another, the informal rule shaping every meeting, or the risk everyone senses but has learned to work around.
My work begins by making those patterns visible.
From there, we train the conversations, decisions, and behaviors that need to change. The result should be practical enough to use in the next meeting, presentation, negotiation, customer conversation, or difficult moment.
What I can deliver
-
Executive coaching and advisory
A thinking and training partnership for executives and founders navigating growth, transition, critical decisions, demanding relationships, or a loss of inner direction.
The work can include decision-making, identity, pressure, communication, behavioral loops, and the movement from insight to consistent action.
-
Executive presence and high-stakes communication
Focused preparation for presentations, negotiations, investor or client conversations, media appearances, and difficult internal conversations.
We work with message structure, language, voice, pace, breathing, posture, silence, and the signals that create or reduce trust.
-
Team dynamics and communication
Focused work with leadership teams, performance teams, and customer-facing teams.
Through conversations and observation, I identify the formal and informal patterns shaping collaboration, conflict, psychological safety, customer experience, and execution. The result may be a tailored workshop, team process, or longer development engagement.
-
Workshops, talks, and skill labs
Practical keynotes, workshops, and small-group training in communication, active listening, identity, language, negotiation, relationships, and performance under pressure.
Each session is built around real situations from the organization, so people can recognize the pattern and practice what to do differently.

Selected engagements and outcomes
Customer-facing team in a major company
In a recent engagement, I began with structured conversations across a customer-facing team. The formal brief gave me one picture. The repeated language, hesitations, and themes beneath the conversations gave me another.
I used those patterns, including issues no one had named directly, to design a workshop around the team's actual communication risks and future pressure points.
This illustrates a central part of my work: understanding what a team has learned to live with before it becomes visible in performance, relationships, or customer experience.
Oslo Police District, Arrest Section
I delivered a session on active listening and dialogue as part of a leadership development seminar. Their feedback highlighted the practical approach and the immediate relevance to leadership.
"We gained a deeper understanding of the subject through a practical approach that made its relevance and value in leadership easy to see. Peter clearly cares about the subjects, and he is knowledgeable and engaging."
Oslo Police District, Arrest Section
ISS leadership trainee program
I delivered private coaching and team coaching as part of the ISS trainee program. The work helped participants explore their own direction and development and build a clearer foundation for their growth as leaders.
Vanir Esport
From 2021 to 2025, I worked across Vanir's digital teams through workshops and hundreds of coaching conversations with leaders, players, and support staff. The work focused on communication, collaboration, and performance under pressure.
"Peter has helped our team to overcome many problems like ego issues, stress or anxiety during our official games."

SAVA Solutions
Founder and CEO Osborn Irabor has described the work as valuable in bringing clarity to thought patterns that were difficult to see alone, with direct effects on organization, productivity, communication, and greater calm in the working day.
NAV Fredrikstad and the gaming skills project
In 2023, I led a publicly funded pilot project exploring how skills developed through gaming could be transferred into the workplace. The study gathered 547 responses, 522 of them valid, at The Gathering, Norway's largest gaming event. The findings highlighted digital skills, communication adaptability, creative team thinking, and the ability to handle setbacks.
I then developed a workshop methodology that helped young participants translate those skills into the language of work and into a clearer understanding of their own contribution. After 90 minutes, participants who had struggled the previous day to name a single positive aspect of their work-related capability were able to describe and present what they could contribute.
A longer pilot supported 25 participants. Fifteen progressed into an extended work-experience pathway, and several are now employed.
You can read more about the project at AOF Østlandet.
This project captures another central part of my work: finding capability that already exists and helping people and systems make it visible, understandable, and useful.
How the work begins
1. Understand the real situation
We begin with the result you want and the situations where it matters. Depending on the engagement, I may speak with the sponsor, individual leaders, or members of the team.
2. Listen beneath the brief
I pay close attention to repeated language, conflicting expectations, changes in tone, informal roles, and the issues people approach without naming directly.
3. Design the right intervention
The response may be executive coaching, a keynote, a workshop, a communication skill lab, team development, or a longer advisory process.
4. Make it usable
People practice with real decisions, presentations, negotiations, and conversations. Follow-up can be added when the work needs time to become part of everyday practice.
Start with the situation you are facing
Tell me briefly about your organization, the people involved, the situations that matter, and what you want to be different afterward.
I read every inquiry personally. I will follow up to understand the context, audience, format, scope, and most useful next step. You will then receive a tailored proposal.
