The Authenticity Paradox
A podcast about identity, relationships, and the life we actually live
Created with Lexi Cruz.
The Authenticity Paradox is an English-language podcast about identity, relationships, and the distance between the person you know yourself to be and the person who becomes visible through your choices.
What if the hardest person to become is the person you already know you are?
Many of us already know what matters. We can see the conversation we need to have, the decision we keep postponing, and the part of ourselves that wants more space in our lives.
The difficulty is living from that knowledge before certainty arrives.
Some people avoid choosing because they are afraid of choosing badly. Others wait to begin living until the next step feels safe. The paradox is that we often learn whether a choice was right, or whether a step was safe, only after we have taken it.
Authentic living asks for both reflection and action. We listen inwardly, then meet reality through the choices we make.
Together, Lexi and I explore identity, relationships, self-awareness, and the gap between insight and lived experience. Our conversations begin with our own experiences and make room for nuance, contradiction, humor, and better questions.
The podcast and community are in English and created for an international audience.
